Paperback: The paperback version is available from lulu.com, but with shipping costs I can’t really recommend this version – unless you buy in bulk or something. $6.99 + shipping.
Audiobook: Now available from eztolistento.com, with an additional outlet coming to lulu.com.
Podcast: Not published yet, but hopefully will be available on iTunes. =D
